This Privacy Policy describes how Insito Health, Inc. and its affiliates ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information in connection with the Magica service, the meetmagica.com website, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

  • Contact information: Names and phone numbers of contacts you share with Magica.

  • Email data: Email content, metadata, and contact information when you connect your Gmail account, including emails Magica reads or sends on your behalf.
  • Commercial information: Interactions with the Service, survey responses, and event participation.
  • Audio or visual information: Recordings of phone calls made by Magica on your behalf and customer service interactions.

b. Information Collected Automatically

  • Geolocation: Approximate location inferred from IP address.
  • Internet activity: Browser identifiers, device information, IP address, operating system, and interactions with our website.
  • Inferences: Information derived from the above categories to improve and personalize the Service.

We and third parties may collect information from your computer or other device by automated means such as cookies, web beacons, local storage, and JavaScript when you visit our website.

c. Information From Third Parties

We may receive information from third-party services you connect to Magica (such as Google Calendar and Gmail), including calendar events, email content, and email metadata. We also receive information from service providers, analytics partners, and publicly available sources. We may combine the information we collect about you from these various sources and treat combined identifying information as Personal Information.

2. Use of Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Providing and improving the Services, including making phone calls, managing your calendar, reading and sending emails, setting reminders, and coordinating with your contacts on your behalf.
  • Processing registration and verifying your identity.
  • Personalizing your experience and customizing content.
  • Sending confirmations, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages.
  • Conducting business operations including auditing, security, fraud prevention, analytics, and research and development.
  • Investigating misuse and unlawful behavior.
  • Addressing legal requirements and establishing or defending legal rights.
  • Creating aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

3. Disclosure of Information

We may disclose your information to the following parties:

  • Third parties you interact with: When Magica calls a business, schedules an appointment, sends an email, or contacts someone on your behalf, relevant information is shared as necessary to complete your request.
  • Vendors and service providers: Companies that provide data analysis, customer service, data storage, marketing, analytics, advertising, security, or fraud prevention services.
  • Affiliates: Current or future parent companies, subsidiaries, and related entities.

a. Marketing Communications

You can opt out of marketing messages by following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing email or by contacting us at privacy@insitohealth.com. For text messages, reply STOP. Note that you will continue to receive administrative messages related to the Service.

You may configure your browser settings to refuse cookies or receive alerts when cookies are being sent. However, blocking all cookies may affect website functionality.

Third-party advertising networks may use cookies for targeted advertising. You can visit the Network Advertising Initiative or Digital Advertising Alliance websites to learn more about your opt-out options.

We do not currently respond to do-not-track signals.

c. Rights Regarding Your Information

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@insitohealth.com.
